Gifted to the Flathead 4-H Foundation in October of 1965 by George & Lycia Hepburn in memory of their son Fred Hepburn. The Lodge and 13 Cabins are available for 4-H activities, youth camps, family reunions, various events and vacation rentals through AirBnB.
As a component of achieving their vision and fundraising goals, the Flathead 4-H Foundation leverages one of its most valuable resources, the Loon Lake 4-H Camp to provide a venue for youth enrichment camps, counselor trainings, volunteer events, and leadership retreats. The camp, as a provision for being self-sustaining, also serves as a revenue generating vehicle to support the programs of the Flathead 4-H by making available to the general public the reservation of the entire camp for reunions and events as well as on a per cabin basis for vacation rentals.
